Rack Pinion Gear

Helical rack pinion gear, helical teeth pinion gear that used together with helical gear rack.

Rack pinion gear will use with gear rack, the size needs to be matched with the gear rack.

Helical rack pinion gear should match with the helical rack:

1.  The module of pinion gear should same with the gear rack, such as, M1 with M1, M2 with M2, M3 with M3, they can not be used if the module different.

2. The helix direction should be opsite, normally the gear rack is right helix and gear pinion is left helix, we can also produce left helix gear rack and right helix gear pinion.

3. The helical angle should be the same, the standard helical angel for gear rack is 19°31'42'', so the helical rack pinion should also have 19°31'42'' helical angle.

The helical angle of rack pinion gear can also be 15°, 20°, 25° etc, can be customized.

The standard M2 helical gear with 19°31'42'' helical angle, matached with the standard helical gear rack, we have stock for M2 T20, M2 T21, M2 T25, M2 T30 etc.
